Initial Purchases and Trials: Access to our premium comprehensive reports and platform features may require a purchase. We may offer various billing options, including promotional trials. The specific price, trial duration (if applicable), and billing terms will be clearly presented to you on the checkout page prior to completing your purchase. By entering your payment details, you agree to the specific pricing and terms presented at that time.
Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing: IF YOU ENROLL IN A TRIAL OR SUBSCRIPTION PLAN, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF THE APPLICABLE BILLING CYCLE RECURRINGLY. The Service and its original content, features, test questions, and algorithms are and will remain the exclusive property of IQForge and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall IQForge, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our Service.
