Thank you for choosing IQForge. We believe in complete transparency regarding our billing, subscription, and refund practices. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You have full control over your subscription. You can cancel your recurring subscription at any time to prevent future charges. To cancel:
- Log into your account and navigate to your billing settings.
- Use the direct cancellation link provided in our upcoming charge reminder emails.
- Or, contact our support team at support@iqforge.net at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
Cancellation stops all future recurring payments. You will continue to have access to your premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
2. Initial Trial Purchases (Digital Goods Exemption)
When you purchase an initial trial or assessment, our servers instantly process your raw data and deliver a personalized, downloadable digital report. Because this digital knowledge is consumed instantly upon delivery, initial trial fees are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with the assessment scores.
3. Subscription Renewal Refunds (The 7-Day Grace Period)
We understand that users may occasionally miss a trial expiration reminder. If your account automatically converts to a full recurring subscription and you are charged the renewal fee, you may request a refund under the following strict conditions:
- You must request the refund within 7 days of the auto-renewal charge date.
- You must NOT have used the premium platform to take any new tests, generate new reports, or play premium brain games during that 7-day period.
If both conditions are met, we will gladly issue a 100% full refund for that specific renewal charge. Simply email our support team with your receipt.
4. Technical Issues & Duplicate Charges
If you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing a report you paid for, please contact us immediately. We will manually generate your report or issue a full refund if the issue cannot be resolved. In the rare event of a duplicate charge due to a system error, we will instantly refund the duplicate transaction upon verification.
5. Chargeback Fraud Prevention
We log IP addresses, test timestamps, and access records. Fraudulent chargebacks filed for validly delivered digital goods (e.g., claiming "unauthorized transaction" while actively using the platform) will be vigorously disputed with the card issuer using your usage data. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent ban from the IQForge platform.
