As our services are delivered instantly in digital format, all sales are final once the detailed report and certificate are generated and unlocked. If you encounter any issues, please contact us and we will be glad to assist and provide an appropriate resolution.

1. Digital Goods Exemption

When you purchase the premium cognitive report, our servers instantly process your raw data, run it through our scoring algorithms, and deliver a personalized, downloadable digital product. Because there is no way to "return" this digital knowledge once it has been viewed, we cannot issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with the score or the results.

2. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical error that prevents you from accessing your paid report (e.g., the page fails to load or the PDF link is broken), please contact our support team immediately at support@iqforge.net. We will manually generate and email your report to you within 24 hours.

3. Duplicate Charges

In the rare event that a system error causes a duplicate charge for a single test attempt, we will immediately refund the duplicate transaction upon verification. Please contact support with your payment receipt.

4. Chargeback Abuse

We monitor IP addresses and test timestamps. Fraudulent chargebacks filed for validly delivered digital goods will be disputed with evidence of delivery and may result in a permanent ban from our platform.
